I am not saying we should have a defense budget that big, but it's a better use of the WHOLE COUNTRY'S money than equipment for the hospitals in a single, badly mismanaged city.
I'm willing to take my chances with both military & health threats. You hypocritical statists who whine that the priorities of the nanny state are not precisely what you want them to be have only my contempt.
