I have found that the vanilla almond milk works nicely in a variety of milk-adjacent ways.

And though there are sugar free versions of all, when out and about at a DD or SB, there are no sugar free versions there. And while I am not a diabetic, my grandmother did die of it. So it's one of those things I watch very carefully. I essentially end up drinking my coffee black these days at home and out and about.

But it's amazing just how many products have dairy in them in some form or another.
