My personal concerns about CRT come from its admitted decent from Critical Theory and Critical Legal Studies. Current supporters of CRT claim it is an evolving philosophy that does not outright reject rule of law like CLS. They also acknowledge the existing legal system has succeeded in making some changes for the better. This school of thought somewhat alleviates my concerns.

But as I said, that’s a different discussion from my OP. I regret including that last sentence that led to this tangential argument.
