Nynaeve pushing Egwene off a cliff, Logain blasting Aes Sedai... anything could be something they pulled out of a character's nightmares and then stuck in a trailer. Especially in a series where characters dream all the time, Dreaming is an actual in-universe superpower, and the World of Dreams is an actual place where people can go.
Hollywood has the best moral compass, because it has compassion.
