Saying in Polish that Americans have carnal lust for the Polish...oh wait! That was a different ineffectual Democrat!
No, our current President said something much worse than Carter's gaffe that only embarrassed him and led to his translator getting sacked. Biden inexplicably stated about Putin:
“For God’s sake, this man cannot remain in power.”
Calling for regime change? That's exactly what Moscow is claiming.
As usual, it was left up to Biden's aides and the State Department to walk back his comments. No, the United States is not advocating for toppling the leader of another sovereign state, despite the President's speech. He is being misinterpreted. Yeah, that's it.
One wonders how this line passed muster. It had to be an ad lib, right? Otherwise we would see multiple speechwriters and proofreaders getting fired, right? And if an ad lib, what the actual fuck was he thinking? And was thinking involved at all?
And yes, past Presidents have said many stupid things. Trump majored in that skill and W wasn't far behind. But how many of their stupid comments could have provoked a European war between Russia and NATO that could swiftly become WWIII?
After stating this war could lead to food shortages in the US, then implying American troops in Poland could be sent into the Ukraine, followed by this last incredible comment, all in the same disastrous visit, can we conclude this man's mental state is fading fast? Or do we hold our breath and continue on because we have no faith in Plan B?
