Have not had time to read it but it dropped today, in the early morning. Roland00 Send a noteboard - 30/06/2022 06:11:22 PM

Administrations like the EPA become little more than the executive arm for legislation drafted and pushed through by big business interests that serve to force out competition and stabilize their own power. They don't get fixed, they get co-opted.

Am I a fan of markets as a solution? More so than legislative bodies that are glorified scaffolds for the fascistic union of business and government.

Do I think it is the panacea for our troubles? No. The issue is more complex than that, unfortunately. What with it being a global problem with key areas such as the the world's rain forests being destroyed for short-term goals and our fertile soil being flushed away by big ag practices, we've become entrenched on multiple fronts.

Have you ever heard of the term permaculture? I think a lot of the problems we currently have would be largely reduced if this was adopted by more people. Unfortunately, there are many laws that prohibit such adaptation from happening.

Sleep schedule all messed up in my personal life due to fixing the freezer last night.

But it seems Roberts wrote the decision instead of Gorsuch and the 6-3 court ruled on this specific court case and was not in the mood to make precedent today for any other administrative law cases. So sorry entyti your week was not made, but there is always next year, after all the court is lifetime appointments.
