...for how this is ironic. I don't know why this annoys me

Uses language that may annoy you, but that is what makes jokes DELICIOUS
Not asking to show work on why he is right, but am asking to show work on how it's ironic.
I am meaning Ironic in a way that the meaning is not the surface reading of what is said. Or the "first impression" of what is said, but instead either represents a deeper truth beneath the first impression, or you notice there are layers of meaning to the construction. There are layers of meaning to it like cheesecake can be crust, strawberry topping, and the gooey center. A cheesecake is not the first thing to touch your tongue it is multitudes of things that assault your senses and challenge you by its very nature. Well a joke is like a cheesecake.
The meaning of his standup is not the first impression, it is not about having a sexy ass, it is so much more than that.

Jokes operate under parapraxis, and they are NEVER practical on the plain surface first read.
Hell the word parapraxis which is about jokes and other things is literally para-praxis
para (contrary to, can also be besides or next to)
praxis (a greek word that means practice, activity, or action. Praxis is where we get the English word Practical and we rarely hear it in english unless you want to be snooty or you are borrowing a word from a language not english.)

I was saying Chris Rock in this summary of the standup is hitting a deeper truth and is not just a baudy hilarious good time.
And no I have not watched this Netflix special (yet), I am enjoying Amazon currently as my streaming.
