Still a lot of pointless and boring fluff. Time would be better spent on Lanfear and Rand meeting, the Seanchan, advancing the plot, etc. Also, I have no real context to where everyone is and why (except the girls in the White Tower).
Besides a few important character introductions, the season is 1/4 over and not much meaningful plot yet. Not good.
