Let's highlight a few other things:
The characters were flat and uninspiring, and I cared naught for their peril
The girl-power bullshit was at full height
Lots of stupid shit is introduced with names designed to make them sound cool
Lots of stupid shit is introduced that really has no place in Star Wars
Deus ex machina solutions over and over and over again push the plot forward
Soy boy Ezra was pathetic
Thrawn seemed stupid and useless
In short, I think Star Wars is dead. Time for Kathleen Kennedy to kill another franchise.
