I agree he's putting his ego ahead of the Republic. Legolas Send a noteboard - 08/07/2024 04:44:15 PM

View original postBiden is clearly suffering from cognitive decline/some sort of neurological issue. And apparently has been for some time. His advisers and the people around him have been hiding it. But the media has not been doing their jobs to be independent and objective in reporting on this. When Hur released his findings in February, you would have thought him Satan incarnate the way the media responded to him. And here America has proof, and the White House can't claim that the footage is doctored, so instead they claim Biden had a cold/was not rested enough when he was quite well rested and had prepped for the debate for over a week. And all the subsequent comments from Biden and the White House are just showing that honestly, he should not be running again. He is putting his ego ahead of the Republic. And he will remembered by historians for doing so.

Nevertheless, I do have to point out that coming from someone who just indicated he might vote for Trump instead, that's pretty hilarious.

Similarly for the sentence following it - yes, absolutely, historians would blame him if his obstinacy ends up handing the country to Trump with all that that may entail, but if you're planning to actually vote for Trump yourself, why is that a bad thing for you?
