Two NKs two nights in a row. We either have a third-party, or a really bad Vig.

What jumps out at me here is White Flame with a hole burned in his chest. This seems to point to a channeler. That would lead us to... Talic. Lookin suspicious for him now. Then again, WF could be his Warder that was killed, which would make him for the town. Then again, we often see moles in a Mason pair.

Hm.

Since White Flame could talk to anyone who was an Aes Sedai, not just his own.
