There's always some deadline but we've gotten away from formal ones in favor of loosely 'if it's already been more than a week on this Day, and posting slumps, a deadline, possibly flexible, will be given to either boost posting or end a slump with Night' I'd guess ranagrande will avoid a formal deadline unless talk totally peters out and would tell us with atleast 48 hours of advance warning.



Pointless to lynch a totally inactive player, the mod can modkill them and save us the loss of a lynch, or alternatively use that role to fill in with a dead player, which gives NK roles a good reason not to kill off more senior players early simply as a threat through skill, as they might return, and 'we', speaking as one of those high-priority targets, prefer not to be constantly three or four times more likely to bite the bullet on night 1 then other players, so when people are targeting you simply to remove a dangerous player without knowledge of their role, having an effective backup body helps discourage that sort of behavior, which is tactically wise but very anti-game. So either way targeting Blaine is just a waste, his absence is almost certainly not related to his role or alignment, so we gain nothing from killing him.



Possibly, I can think of same ways this could really bite us on the arse, but the benefits, especially as a Day 1 shock tactic, might outweigh the risks, it needs some pondering.
