If you were dark, you'd not try to tackle me via lynch, you'd just NK me, the caveats are you might be respecting the VotF doctrine we discussed and view a NK on me or vice-versa as breaking that, and also that I don't really think you'd have a different argument on this regardless of whether you were DF or town. Most of the logical on this breaks down into WIFOMs, so I choose to just treat you as average random alignment-wise



Yes, and I voted for you because I thought you were scum and at worst a townie not on my side, its an academic question but I'm pretty confident I'd have voted for you if I'd been town, regardless it wasn't 'proof FT knew Isaac was a DF' and some players look at it that way, same as post-game players say "I knew X was a Y!" I'm concerned that if you die, and die town, either today or tonight, people would view it that way, giving someone an excuse to whack you and point at me, either via lynch or NK.

Nothing is ever 100%, a single townie voted for Fox, Gher, but Gher was a mason with Blaine and already knew he was telling the truth about being Amadician and young. He had no reason not believe Gher's story even if he still suspected an evil mason. It also doens't change that only a single DF, Fox himself, voted for the townie who was lynched, if anything Gher's vote for Fox might have been expected to increase a DF voting trend on Blaine, but still just one of four votes. As for Hopper, well the logical conclusion of that, at least to me since I knew he wasn't a DF, was that he was setting a trap in a clumsy fashion. Anyway, almost all of our day 1 lynches are suicides in one respect or another, partially I think because people give up on defense because they know that lacking anyone else looking guiltier, they're dead, and we very nearly lynched townie Gher, not DF Hobo, in that other game, and technically should have by our rules, caught in a lie after all.

Would you accept for the moment that I firmly believe there could be rare scenarios where a day 1 no-lynch might be advantageous, but that more important the option that someone doesn't absolutely have to die on day 1 means people will be inclined to mount stronger defenses and prosecutions and that that info that would be produced is, in my opinion, likely to be potentially as valuable as a day 1 vote record conducted primarily on a 'It's not me' voting line?
