Were such the case, they'd be the only ones to know that, and with them all using different letters and values, they could confirm it very easily, by the way I'm not claiming or disclaiming to be vanilla myself, were I vanilla I'd have been able to check it quite easily of any one or two people, were I not I could prod someone to 'look closer' so to speak. Though the truth is, I had something else foremost on my mind, which I may speak of later or post game.




If the vanilla were able to self-identify each other like that, I could really care less if they en masse lynched anyone not vanilla, but they'd hardly need it to come to that since everyone has already RC'd in code, and odds are the fakes will stick out like a sore thumb. Odds are our scum either fake claimed as vanilla or faked claimed roles, and while the roleless PM's could give a cop or doc claim mid to late game a very high chance of success, I doubt they will, especially since I roared so loudly about doing a blitz beforehand. No, they'll have gone for vanilla or picked less common roles, had we been able to proceed with this technique and the vanilla had identical RM's they'd just have to pick out the people who couldn't prove RM equivalence who were vanilla and apply some common sense and attrition to the roled claimants. FT presumably stepped on this so quick either on general principle or because there are a lot of players with identical RMs, I'd bet the latter.



Being scum a lot during a series of games tends to do that to you, I pretty much have always thought in mafia mode, handy but it carries its own troubles
