OoC:I don't know if Titus would be familiar, and if so how familiar, with large flying objects [e.g dragons, floating castles, airships, etc] in any event I don't think he'd be inclined to panic and scream "Run!" but I can't really do accurate POV without a reference point. For the moment I will assume he furrows his brow and nudges an assistant to look as opposed to pointing and shouting and stirring a panic up. But if flying monsters/building are an automatic source of dread, or a thing of pure legend, my reaction will be a lot different then if the Empire maintains a fleet of airships or flying fortresses.
