Lynching for the sake of lynching just seems like a very scummy tactic, and I have an aversion to it. I can't help thinking that for every Townie that dies we're 1 person closer to losing. Maybe it's not logical, but I don't like it.

And I said earlier why I thought yesterday's lynch was kind of unhelpful and brought up whether or not we ought to talk about it, and apparently no one did.

I mean, it's not like there was a real discussion about whether Hopper was scum or not. And how are people supposed to defend their votes? My reason for voting was because he voted for himself. There's nothing else I can say about it. I figured he probably was a townie, but I voted anyway. Dude wanted to die, and I can't fault anybody for voting for him without a good reason. Sure, there were definitely scum who voted for him, but I don't think it was a bandwagon overwhelmingly filled with scum or townies. If you picked a random seven or eight players some of them would definitely be scum too. It was just such a weird thing that was almost outside of the game itself. I don't know if we can glean any good information from it. If anyone thinks there's something there, then by all means, bring it up. But I don't think there is.
