I don't know if I would make that distinction between Day 1 and Day 3. Evidence is evidence, after all, and a discussion is a discussion. Last game I definitely felt that we were working with very, very little on even Day 3 or 4. As it stands right now, we have a lot pretty good material to talk about Today, and we're probably going to have some good stuff to analyze Tomorrow. That being said, I don't know how much more evidence there is to gather about F-T's situation. The nature of the Miller role is that it can't be proven, as has been discussed many times previously.

On a different note, I feel kind of like you're trying to draw attention away from F-T and cast it elsewhere. Which is perfectly legitimate, I suppose, if you truly believe that he's innocent and so on, but it could also mean that you are partnered with him. Idk, I guess we'll see.
