Nah, I don't think I really need to claim Kronin al'Sulc Send a noteboard - 15/03/2010 10:10:46 PM
But I guess we should do a mass RC. The only problem that I see with this is that if it is true that we have more bad guys than good then I feel like our town RBer and Doc are screwed. Maybe we should go about this by claiming role or vanilla and then go from there? Its just an idea, because if we let the DFs (there are possibly two groups of them) or the SK (assuming that theres only one DF group) know who is who we are creating a great risk for our important roles. If we believe that someone is suspicious who claims a role, we can ask for more information then, so as to protect our Doc (assuming there is one) and our RBer, and any other important roles we may still have out there.


My main objection to mass claiming right now is that it would pretty much guarantee that the Cop would end up dead tonight, since I doubt we have a back-up doc as well as a back-up Cop and a back-up RBer. And since it's probably 4:4 right now, the Cop's got a 50% chance of hitting a DF Tonight no matter who they investigate. That would be pretty valuable to the Town, and I'm kind of loath to get rid of that advantage just because the Day is going slowly. But if the Roles just claim "role" that might give the Cop a bit more protection that would be otherwise offered. And a little is better than nothing.

The downside of this plan, however, is that it gives the DFs a great cover ... 8} They can just claim "role" and then think of a good one to claim later, which takes away half of the point of mass claiming: catching DFs coerced into make a crappy claim.


Very true. Ok, to keep this up, who's next? We're already on our way today, with 3 RCs. I think it should go ranagrande, WF, Isaac, then you.

Ranagrande cause I think he's dirty, WF cause he's been absent, Isaac cause I have my suspicions but 0 evidence, and you cause I have a decent feeling about you.

Either way, I very much believe ranagrande should RC.


... but you left out Kronin from your list. :O If we're going by posting frequency, then I'd assume he should come after White Flame? And naturally I would like Isaac to go before me, since I am more suspicious of him than myself, but it doesn't really matter. I doubt having to role claim second-last as opposed to last will phase Darkfriend Isaac very much.
