People like Hammer are not CEOs. Hollywood has this infantile way of demonizing what it doesn't like. Large, multinational corporations?! BAD BAD BAD. Military? Run by idiots!

It's like by allowing one large corporation (Stark) to be somewhat realistic, they have to go way overboard and make Hammer Industries just a complete caricature. People like Hammer are just not CEOs.
