I think it's because when it came out, I was at the age where Return of the Jedi was, of course, going to be my first favorite movie ever.

Lando, Boba, Sarlac Pit, Leia in costume (both), Carbonite Han, Jabba, Salacious Crumb --- well, they were all awesome.
