I said as much in a post about 2 or 3 months ago. I don't see the appeal. I went and saw Avatar as a 3D movie and could have watched it without the glasses without any problem. I could see the images stacked, but was otherwise no different with the glasses on. After seeing Avatar I will no longer go see a 3D movie in theater. I watched the first 2 Toy Story movies when they were in theaters in 3D, but since they weren't made for 3D in my opinion they weren't that good. Avatar was planned to be in 3D from the start (I think). It should have been better. It's not worth the extra money.
