Fringe. Farscape. Maybe Buffy the Vampire Slayer?

Fringe sounds right up your alley.
Farscape has since ended, but it was really good. It had great characters that looked crazy, and sparked in me a love for blue-skinned women that has abided to this day.
And Buffy was just great, especially the first three seasons.

I amuse myself.

FWIW, Angel is a much better character on his own show than he was on Buffy. *NM*

I never liked him because he was a vampire sleeping with the Slayer.
