Yes, the originals were back in the 60's I think. I've just watched the 5 new seasons. I love the humor, so if you're not into that I can see why this wouldn't work. Same for Farscape, really.


I don't have a problem with silly and funny in my sci-fi, it just seemed that Dr. Who was ALL about the silly. I like my silly to not overwhelm the rest of the show.
