But unless she is hiding it she has yet to receive the sonic screwdriver from the Doctor, so that means her future self will meet a future version of the Doctor. Also if their time lines were perfectly linier (if admittedly in reverse) there would be no need for the diaries as they would both know where they were every time they met.
