I couldn't really remember the scene where Bran gets threatened by the wildlings like that. But apparently Osha is played by HP's Tonks, ha!


I always imagined Osha as being much older - like her in forties - but Tonks is cool too.

I also don't remember Jeoffrey ever being that nice to Sansa.


I wanted to punch him in the face through that whole scene. What an asswipe. Poor Sansa.

The golden crown scene was terrific of course. What I find interesting is that my gf, who doesn't know the books, is now worried Dany will turn evil and basically like her brother. Now, she is somewhat ambiguous in the books, but still you never really wish her any harm. I hope the show manages to walk that fine line.


I love Danaerys. That scene was very well done indeed.

I really like Mark Addy as King Robert, he's a pretty perfect fit for the character, and I think tv Robert is a little more developed and interesting than book Robert. I thought the little confrontation between Robert and Renly in the forest was great too. Good character moment for Renly.

Lancel makes me laugh. He looks light a frightened squirrel.
