I agree with someone above that the sex scene was a bit much, as much as I may appreciate such scenes in a different context. :P It did get Littlefinger's point across perfectly though, which was necessary for the ending of the episode.

To be honest, I have almost no idea what he said. I was scandalized, to say the least. Train wreck!

I can't help but watch the show already thinking of the future. What worries me a bit is how much longer people will have to watch to see something redeeming or that makes them say: YES, take that bitch/asshole! Maybe I am forgetting something here, but up until Joffrey chokes there is just one defeat after another with very little to cheer for (maybe except for "I am the ghost of Harenhal!" ). I can see how that might make it lose some viewers who feel they are being f*cked with, with no redeeming scenes. God beware the show ever gets cancelled before we see the end of all things where everyone gets what they deserve.

This. One of the reasons I didn't stick to the books after the long waits is that it seems like half the people I like died, and the other half were betrayed by someone I don't like. I don't mind some reality - I realize life isn't all princesses and rainbows - but I do mind ALL death and destruction for so long. I watched the this show and enjoyed it, but if there isn't something soon, I could see people not sticking to it.
