Let's see. 2% of a 2 hour movie is about 2 and a half minutes. You actually think that watching only the first 180 seconds of a movie can tell you if it good enough?

Or with a book. Say it is an 800 page book (like aGoT). Reading only 16 pages can tell you whether you like the book or not?
