Yeah, that's why I usually stay away from anything with time travel.

That's the type of "change the past" time travel that I can accept. And, yes, I know it's "just a show." But the execution of a series' concept can be so monumentally silly that you can't watch it.
BTW, "Preview" is our friend.

I don't like how most writers handle time travel and it does make it hard to suspend the disbelief. It's not just asking me to "suspend my disbelief" at something like magic or technology or vampires and witches, it's asking me to *suspend my logic*, which is much harder.
