Although I do have some "dramadies" on my list. I suppose that is because I stopped watching the half hour sitcoms years ago. If I were to name the top 30 minute sitcoms, I would easily put Frasier and Cheers at the top of the list. After that, maybe some Cosby Show (Huxtable family), All in the Family and Two and Half Men (before Sheen left the show).

Of those though, only Frasier will be ETAed as an Honorable Mention; thanks for mentioning it!

Here are my top choices.

Honorable mentions: Angel, Chuck, BBC's Merlin, Heroes (first 2 seasons), Dexter, Eureka, Stargate: Atlantis, Will & Grace, Seinfeld
