I liked the tie-ins and cute moments (Astrid's name, for one), but I was a little bothered by how smooth it all worked out. And I loved the infection of the building, but I was skeptical that gas masks would keep out all that yucky stuff - especially when they took them off w/o decontaminating. I'm a nerd.

Anyway, I can't see how Peter wouldn't have died w/o September being there to save him, but so we have to assume that Sept didn't ... go away? I dunno. That was the main thing that irked me, but maybe I just don't get it. That show was so confusing.
