I seem to recall that Male Channelers cannot hold the Sad Bracelets/Collar. So Moridin/SH would be incapable of using it.

Also, nothing indicates that Moridin would have been capable of being there without being detected. As SH, he'd have different abilities. No need for Moridin's body when he can use Elza.

Now, I'm not saying I buy the theory, just that I don't think there's enough evidence to disregard it.
