Why not just give a couple Fades a list, instead of one name at a time? And then call them off if Carridin manages to complete his assignment? Or they could just not bother with calling them off, be evil and all that.

And in the quote, Mik says that SHv0.5 was the one carrying out the killing. That sounds more like personal involvement.

Reread the quote you quoted. Moridin ended up ordering Carridin's death.


I know he ordered it, but he didn't bother finding him and finishing him off.

The killing stopped because Moridin and SH were out of the picture so nobody was ordering the killings. Nothing says they did it personally.

1: Why did the killing of Carridins family stop for 2 months right after Ishamael died, while SHv0.5 made that promise and it was SHv0.5 that was carrying it out up untill that point? Note that this promise wasn't forgotten at all and that -in the end- Moridin ordered Carridin had to be killed according to SHv0.5's promise.
