It just doesn't look that good or lively to me, especially Semirhage's pose and the fact that you see so little of the background and etc.

Also, I didn't like the way the flames seem to leap from her hands. It looks less like "Wheel of Time" than it does a "AD&D Magic Spell Compendium 4th Edition"-inspired cover.

In addition, Rand's pose in contrast to Semirhage and Mins' doesn't give the impression conveyed by the scene. Semirhage is clearly aiming for Rand in this image whereas in the scene, the fireball was heading towards Min. Rand looks less like he jumped in front of Min to protect her and more like Semirhage aimed for him, is about to destroy his arm while Min clings to his other shoulder and arm.
