Unfortunately, there's not much left for Elayne to do.

A feeling to which we'll all have to adjust in the next couple years: The downside of resolving all those sprawling plotlines, some of which have been around longer than their grown readers, is that it leaves very little left to talk about, and even less that Jordan (let alone Sanderson) is WILLING to discuss. Elayne's the first openly Aes Sedai queen in 2000 years, and her country was at the brink of civil war, so apart from mustering Andors army for the Last Battle I don't expect her to do much more than be pregnant queen for a while. Her channeling's hit and miss right now, so everything she brings to the table as Green Ajah at Tarmon Gaidon is very limited. In fact, when they hear she sent her boyfriend/Gaidin off to not only fight but LEAD the Last Battle without his Aes Sedai to wipe his nose they'll probably kick her out of the Ajah.
Honorbound and honored to be Bonded to Mahtaliel Sedai

Everyone seems to think Rand will talk to Egwene, but a male channeler also makes sense

No Elayne hopefully, but again it looks like Egwene has everything fall in her lap

After his COT review, a less then gushing review isn't great

But he is specifically trying to avoid being overly fanboyish BECAUSE of that CoT review. *NM*
