Regarding Forsaken knowledge about the cache, remember Moggy is in Salidar too, and doesn't escape until well after Nyneave and Elayne discover the Bowl using need (LoC, Ch 13 in the discovery, the escape is in the epilogue).
Elayne and Nynaeve talked freely in front of Moggy all the time (stupidly). Plus, Moggy was probably free to use T'A'R, even with the adam. Even if not, she goes straight to Shayo Ghul after being freed in LoC epilogue, so the DO would presumably now about the cache at that point (if he didn't already).
Plus, Forsaken are always hunting for items of the power when they can, especially ones that aren't heavily guarded.
