20's. Even with their lives cut in half the oldest AS would be women entering their middle years or more (depending on how strong they were). Cadsuane may have been a woman of 45 with the Slowing had she not taken the Oaths. Verin is likely of a similar age given the strength difference.

Both Siuan and Leane would have looked about the age they reverted too had they never taken the Oaths. Much like Sashalle looks just short of her middle years ... Make me think she was quiet a bit older than Siuan, but also quiet a bit younger (or weaker) than Verin.
