Why would you keep doing something that makes you so damned upset?
Not to mention that same-soul does not equate to same-person. Why shouldn't Rand have abilities that LTT doesn't? He has different hair, different height, different background, a different purpose within the Weave. If the same soul meant the same person, things would be AWFULLY dreadfully boring.
He is not JUST LTT-Reborn. He is the Car'a'carn. he is the Coramoor. He is this age's Savior against the Dark One and by all indications the crux of something potentially cataclysmic for the entire cycle of the Weave.
Why wouldn't the Creator give him just a bit more boost? The Creator has just as much, if not more, to lose.
Reading the series does NOT mean I have to like all the characters NOR does it mean that I cant feel the need to bitch about certain storylines and characters when the question is asked. The question was asked, I answered. You jumped on a bandwagon to flame my answers, I flamed back.
Forget about Rand, what would you think if in AMoL the Creator suddenly pops out of the sky, destroys the DO and has a party with everyone while he's wearing a hoola skirt and drinking a beer?
Would that maybe bother you if the series ended that way or would you just be ok with that too after you've been reading the series for over a decade, hmmm?

If Rand was one of the supporting heroes, maybe. But he's the "messiah" character

We haven't had a Rand POV, so I don't think you can say for certain that it's random.
