Aviendha's storyline got me really upset. The thing I've been worried about from the beginning was that the Seanchan would take over. I wanted them to be destroyed... at least if they weren't going to free the damane.

Now it looks like my fears will come true.

So, can Aviendha change the future? Will the White Tower still fall, regardless? Please, somebody, reassure me. :P

If it's even that; it seems like at least one or two of Aviendhas four children with Rand would be channelers, and almost certainly powerful ones, if there's any genetic component at all. Unless they swear Oaths or something that could mean a Chief who lives 400 years, but there's nothing to indicate than in Avis visions. I take it as a warning rather than "your entire race, ESPECIALLY your descendants, are well and truly screwed; have a nice 300 year life.... "

Also: You gonna be around this weekend? Perhaps more importantly, do you have Skype up and running (calls to landlines are $0.02/minute, but if I call your cell the decimal moves to the right. :()
