yeah, luck is integral to his character, not something tacked on later by a ter'angreal. the finns call him gambler and trickster, and i don't they'd do that if he just boosted his luck with some device. the real question is what supercharged his luck after tar valon? the healing process? i wish we had more details on that healing.
Nope. Just "growing up" I guess. Like Rand starting to channel or Perring gaining wolf-powers.
