Remember Moggy fighting Nynaeve and Birgitte in TaR?

Almost sound like a line from "Family Guy," doesn't it?...
Among other things, it's been made clear that some things very particular and peculiar things can be done to people in TaR.
Although Birgitte is not a channeler, I seem to remember reading that Birgitte herself was not only made to look like a child, but made to think she was a child. It seems clear to me that you can make people's minds change in TaR (if only to ruin them), and that this effect will persist outside TaR.
And I always assumed that this was possible - changing people in TaR. Then in ToM, Egwene made Mesaana into a drooling idiot with no channeling required. From my reading of ToM, I got that Eggy "made" Mesaana into a drooling vegetable.
How did you read those moments? And what possibilities did you extract from them?

You are confusing being in TAR and finding/entering someone else's dream

I read some of that differently. TaR tricks not working in the real world = destroying walls

Well, I wasn't going to suggest that Eggy go full-hardcore and break Elaida's (Lightside) mind. *NM*

On another note: I wonder if finding Elaida via her Dreams and then Skimming to her would work.

Dream finding doesn't reveal location. We've been told this repeatedly. *NM*
