The evidence presented, in terms of Mogh and Asmo, just proves what we pretty much already know: Mogh is the weakest of the Forsaken in raw power. This is muddied by the fact that she is among the strongest in manipulation of T'A'R and best at sheer survival, but I don't see any indicator that Asmo is effectively superior to Mogh - if he relies on raw power with saidin but can't keep up with any of the others, than he effectively rates below Mogh, which IMO is pretty much in line with Lanfears' summation of his personality and abilities.

In fact, from his showing in The Shadow Rising while he battled Rand, he seems more akin to what we've seen from Moghedien than any other Forsaken, and if his raw power seems limited by lack of skill, training and overall ability making him effectively the least dangerous of the surviving Forsaken.
