You can't simply choose to ignore what was written by the author simply because you find it implausible.
I'm not ignoring it, I'm just ranting about what I consider poor writing.
Rant, rant, rant.
Which is why I mentioned that I think the scope of what was lost in Healing seems more implausible than losing Traveling ... If you think about it there could literally have been thousands of different Healing weaves, an entire profession in the AoL was dedicated to it with specialties etc ... Traveling is at most a handful of weaves that most likely were variants of the same weave and there are dozens of logical reasons why it would have fallen out of use during the Breaking.
Certainly vast banks of Healing knowledge would have been lost, but given the variety of groups we have by the time the Tower was founded it stretches credulity to believe that only a single weave would have survived. Certainly the one weave that did survive is the most obvious one since it is essentially the "cure all", but it seems off that at least a handful of other weaves would have been passed along.
Domani Drag Queen in the White Tower ... Aran'gar watch out!

It is a little odd. Maybe because channelers weren't united for a while?
