Is if the Dark One wins and destroys the Pattern. Elayne features in a number of post LB visions, Dreams and Foretellings ... Even as late at TOM she clearly lives past the LB as we see from Aviendha's visions at Rhuidean.

At a minimum she will have to give birth before the LB before she can die if Rand wins.
