Or that it was even made with the OP alone. Why couldn't it have been made with the TP, and that is why it's so particularly effective?

If it had the TP in it, Elayne would have felt it.


She has no idea it even exists ... And if Nynaeve didn't notice weaves of saidin in a compulsion while she was healing Ramshalan I seriously doubt Elayne would have noticed even more hidden TP weaves ... Graendal's TP POV indicates that only the individual who wove the TP weave could see them.
