That being the group that sets out from Emond's Field in tEotW, plus their significant others, with Gawyn being a possible exception. To be honest we know that most of them survive already, Nicola's Foretelling reveals that Rand and his ladies will survive TG, Min's vision of the broken crown around Perrin means he and Faile have to survive until she gets the Saldaean crown. RJ was planning on doing more novels with Mat and Tuon.
Which of Nicola's foretellings are you referring to? And Min's vision could come true early in aMoL if Tenobia dies.
Mat and Tuon will live, yes, but Nynaeve and Lan? Every chance of them dying.
Nicola's Foretelling, "The lion sword, the dedicated spear, she who sees beyond. Three on the boat, and he who is dead yet lives. The great battle done, but the world not done with battle. The land divided by the Return, and the guardians balance the servants. The future teeters on the edge of a blade."
For Min's vision to come true early on Tenobia and Bashsere would have to die. Of course that's entirely possible, but I don't think it likely. Perrin is also strongly connected to rebuilding after TG, which makes me think that they will both survive.
Lan has a very good chance of dying, except then Nynaeve would be really sad. Nynaeve has to survive to bring Rand back to life. Also, Min viewed a baby with a sword around Lan way back in tEotW and RJ said all of Min's visions refer to the future, so unless Nynaeve is pregnant, Lan has to survive TG.
Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so.
