Turns out you can. I read the scene again just now, and Graendal still holds Ramshalan with Air while applying the True Power weave to the dove.

That, um, seems kind of dumb. OP and TP can't mix, so how can both be held by the same person? It seems like that would kill them, and quickly. Does this happen anywhere else?
