Namely:

After all, the Seanchan are military and politically cooperating with Altara, Tarabon and the Whitecloaks (or at least Asunawa & his Questioners now). We also now from CoT, ch.6, that Suroth and Masema had some connections, since Suroth apparently gave Masema a personal letter of protection (or was it forged by someone, maybe Semirhage?


The new rulers of Altara, Amadicia and Tarabon are sworn vassals of the Emperess.
