It could be Rand with his three ladies. But it might also be Rand and the other two ta'veren or Rand with some other women, e.g. Alivia, Moiraine, Nyaneve or Cadsuane.

Perhaps the man mentioned in this Prophecy actually isn't Rand but Narishma or Logain. Egwene had a Dream about "a dark young man [who) held an object in his hand that shone so brightly she could not see what it was." Maybe this Dream is linked to the Prophecy as well.

I think it's really too difficult to tell at the moment.
