It doesn't matter how you view polyamorous relationships in the real world- in WoT, the few we've seen have had absolutely zero of the negative aspects you described. Aiel sister-wives, Greens and their Warders- both are shown to be loving relationships, with no abuse.
All that matters is in the text.
I'm harping on this because, even though you mentioned it, I think you're letting your opinions color your perceptions of the text.
In-text, there has been no implication that Rand's (or Green sisters, or Aiel's) relationships are evil. There's a bit of culture shock, but that's all.
In-text, there has been absolutely no indication that Rand loves one of his girls more than the others, yet you are arguing that he will likely go off with Elayne.
In-text, there has been no indication that Ilyena has been reborn as one of the girls, or somehow split into three souls (which doesn't even make sense).
In-text, there's nothing to suggest that the three girls will somehow merge into one personality, housed in one female body, just to be shoehorned into a monogamous relationship. The first-sister bond and the Warder bond grant a certain awareness of each other, but we've never seen anything to the extent you're suggesting, nor will we.
A few last notes:
The reason I, and others, mentioned your "morals" is because you compared what have been described as loving relationships to atrocities such as Graendal's mind-slaves. In your original theory, you said that you didn't think Jordan would allow the series to end with Rand on the same moral level as Graendal.
Oh, and Mat doesn't have a hive-mind. He has scattered memories from others' lives. There aren't a dozen different warlords speaking to him inside of his head.

Nowhere does it state that Moridin is the third. Just one of EIGHT people in Rand's head.
