If I could only ask ONE thing, my question would go something like this:

Readers have been waiting, in some cases since 1994, to know who killed Asmodean. They have also been arguing and questioning, since roughly 1996, where Demandred was hiding and who he was hiding as. They have also been waiting since 1994 to find out what happened to Moiraine and Lanfear after they fell through the ter'angreal. NONE of these points were addressed in the first book of three that you have written, which is disappointing because fans would have loved an answer to just one of them. Having said that, please either do one of the following:

1. Cross off one of the following three people as Asmodean's killer and tell is it was not that person: Lanfear, Graendal, Slayer

OR

2. Tell us - was Asmodean killed by balefire?



That at this point BS would RAFO those questions. He also didn't want to reveal, if Asmo was killed via the OP or not.

But I generally agree with you that some questions basically begged for a RAFO answer (a RAFO might also be interesting in some cases, of course). Therefore one should rather try to come up with more open questions.
